4-day clinic week and reasonable patient volume in the mid-teens

Excellent retention & highly tenured medical staff

Physicians are truly respected in this organization - you will have both autonomy and robust clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:

Proven earning potential of $450,000 with competitive base salary + additional lucrative bonuses

Up to $300,000 in recruitment incentives including signing bonus, retention, relocation stipend, and more (for full time)
