The medical center prioritizes quality of care and is seeking additional help as their acute care patient demand has grown 5 - 10% over the last few years.Join a growing hospital employed medical group starting a service line that the island population that otherwise would not have access to. The practice is recruiting a fourth physician ahead of a planned expansion of their ICU.The Position: 7 days on 7 days off 12-bed ICU growing to 20 beds come early 2026 100% employer paid for benefits package (including family) plus 38 days off annually (20 PTO, 5 CME, 13 Holidays) as well as a 401k with a 4% match
