• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, Nights
• ACLS required and ideally looking for a local candidate
• 8 - 10 patients per day depending on the length of the shift (8 or 10 hour shifts)
• Conducting a detailed review of medical history, allergies, & performing focused physical exams etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed

From $80.00 to $115.00 hourly
