Nationally recognized hospital is seeking a 7th hospitalist to join their collegial and collaborative group.Practice Details:Established team of 6 hospitalists looking to add another due to a recent retirement7-on/7-off schedule with 8 and/or 12-hour shifts offered22-24 weeks per year is considered full-time - always able to pick up additional shifts, if interestedAround 13-16 patients evaluated per shiftHospital is the first in Minnesota history to be named a Top 20 Rural and Community Hospital in the countryNearly 50 providers have been added over the last 7 years for consistent and sustainable growthCompensation & Benefits:Employed position with a salary paid on per shift basis - over $335K for 169 shifts
