We provide hospital-level care in patients homes. Its very patient-centered work as part of an engaged, multi-disciplinary team.The Hospital at Home program is based out of Providence St. Peter in Olympia, WA. Some work will also be remote, as the team continues to grow and evolve. All necessary equipment and technology are provided.
