Seeking a Nurse Practitioner who wants to be a part of an integrated primary care and mental health team aspiring to make a difference throughout the local counties in Indiana.

This organization is the most comprehensive rural crisis continuum in the State of Indiana with Psychiatric Urgent Care, Inpatient Psychiatric, Crisis Stabilization, and all connected to 24/7/365 Mobile Crisis Teams.

Opportunity:
  • Position is both direct care and holds a position within the primary care and mental health teams
  • Must practice across the lifespan youth through adults
  • Practice with suboxone, vivitrol, and MAT protocols, preferred
  • Enjoy a great work-life balance with the option of a hybrid on-site/tele schedule
  • Work with a passionate and driven CEO and wonderful LCSWs, therapists, APPs, physicians, and support staff.

    Requirements:
  • Open to FNPs with psychiatry nursing or similar experience/interests
  • Must be open to all patient populations within a critical access community mental health setting

    Compensation/Benefits:
  • 130K+ earning potential
  • Lucrative and competitive compensation package consisting of full benefits, PTO and CME.
  • PTO 20 days
  • CME: $1,500 + 5 days
  • Very lucrative retention bonus
  • Potential student loan repayment and relocation bonus negotiable
