An established group in Connecticut is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with primary care experience, either family or internal medicine. The office is open on weekdays, and they will consider a 4 or 5 day work week. The new provider will also share call coverage with the primary care group.
This is working for a non-profit, hospital-owned multi-specialty group. Live and work in a historic southwestern Connecticut town close to New Haven. Their local attractions include the museum, theatre, parks, golf, historical sites, and a charming downtown area.

From $125000.00 to $146000.00 Annual Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications.
