A not-for profit community hospital seeks a Family Medicine Physician (FM) or Internal Medicine Physician (IM) to join their collegial team outside of Nashville, Tennessee (TN) in Kentucky (KY).

Position Highlights:
- 100% Outpatient Only with option to pick up Hospitalist or Urgent Care shifts for additional compensation
- 4-day work week - All current physicians already have this schedule
- 18-20 patients per day
- HRSA designated site with student loan repayment options
- Mentorship available - "My partners helped me as a new attending, and I plan to be available and helpful ramping up our new partner." - Current Primary Care Physician
- Excellent sub-specialty support including Cardiology, Dermatology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Wound Care, Urology, and much more!

Compensation Highlights:
- Base salary of $260,000
- Quality and patient satisfaction bonus of $40,000
- Sign-on bonus of $100,000
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- First year package of $410,000
