Pediatrics – Pacific Northwest

Pediatricians (PED) sought for 25-bed critical access health system.

Practice:

• Work alongside 2 other pediatricians
• 16-25 patients per day
• Traditional practice with rounding on nursery and inpatients
• 1 in 4 call coverage
• Clinic located in the hospital so no windshield time
• Approved for J-1 and H1B visa sponsorships

Compensation:

• 270k-290k 1st year salary with 30k signing bonus
• wRVU Productivity-based compensation after 1st year
• 25k/year for student loan payment
• Benefits include health, dental, long/short term disability, accidental death, life insurance, retirement, dues/license, malpractice insurance including the tail, and relocation
• 6 weeks PTO plus one week of CME
