AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is searching for a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join a well-established group of 9 providers located in Kansas Cityâ™s affluent suburb of Leawood, Kansas. This group has a 32-year-old history as one of the areaâ™s most prominent primary care groups.
The group consists of 6 FPâ™s and 3 APPâ™s and does outpatient âœcradle to graveâ family medicine. Their state-of-the-art office is in the new AdventHealth College Boulevard building that includes a free-standing ED and imaging. The office has excellent support staff that allows the physician to focus his/her time seeing patients and delivering top notch âœwhole personâ care, a trademark of AdventHealth.
Physicians are employed by Advent Health Medical Group, a 165+ provider multi-specialty group with a long standing 20-year track record with outstanding physician retention rates and physician satisfaction.
Our excellent compensation package includes a guaranteed salary for the first 12 months, then based on RVU production along with a quality bonus. AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is an award winning 504 bed hospital with a Medical Staff of over 700 physicians representing over 50 specialties and subspecialties. The hospital has a level III NICU with 24-hour neonatology coverage and is affiliated with the MD Anderson Cancer Network.
