Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to practice full-time at our Overland Clinic located in Boise, Idaho.

SAMG is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice. The Family Medicine providers at the Overland Clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life, including the option of obstetrics care if desired by the physician. The clinic utilizes a patient centered medical home model focusing on population health. The Overland Clinic has a procedure room and an onsite lab. 

Support includes 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community family medicine clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach; larger system resources. 

The schedule for this opportunity is a traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday, with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time. Practice call is shared with other Family Medicine physicians and is approximately 1:30.

Requirements for this opportunity include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree; successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program; Board Certification (or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment); obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
