Adventist Health Tillamook is actively seeking a mission-minded Physician (DO/MD) for a full-time positions at the following locations:

• Pacific City, Oregon
• Sheridan, Oregon (part-time)

The ideal candidate is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who enjoys working in and independent environment and is passionate about Rural Health Clinics, enjoys caring for patients of all ages through comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, basic office procedures, and treatment planning. Due to the independent nature of this position we are seeking Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 3 year FM experience.

Tillamook Medical Group operates a network of rural health medical offices spanning 71 miles of the North Oregon coast in Lincoln City, Pacific City, two in Tillamook???Plaza and Women's and Family Health, Manzanita as well as inland in the towns of Vernonia, Banks, Sheridan, Hoodland and Estacada.

We serve more than 95,000 patients annually. Several of our medical offices are certified as Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Tier V clinics as recognized by the Oregon Health Authority.

Candidates must be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. This position does not accept visa candidates.
