Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, -Palliative Care Clinician at Morristown Medical Center. Will perform comprehensive health histories and physical assessments of patients living with serious illness; incorporate holistic aspects of the patientsa care and accurate documentation of findings in a timely manner; employ skilled and meticulous symptom management, and continuum of care planning. These services will be provided primarily in an embedded ambulatory/outpatient setting where the nurse practitioner will coordinate with the patientas primary care and specialist clinicians.
