Psychiatry Physician - Adult Inpatient/Consult Liaison - Telemedicine

Job Duties

Geisinger's, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health is seeking  Board-Certified / Board Eligible Consultation Liaison Psychiatrists with experience or interest in population health, integrated care, telepsychiatry, transplant and trauma to join our faculty. The C-L Inpatient Division provides training to psychiatry residents and medical students, psychology interns, and has several new clinical initiatives and research projects underway. Early through late career applicants welcome. *Onsite or Telemedicine option.

• General adult inpatient Psychiatry unit with 14 beds

• Strong nursing and therapy staff

• Psych-Hospitalist service with 7 days on / 7 days off schedule

• Psychiatry Consultation Liaison Service covers consults

• Opportunities to work with medical students and residents

• Live in State College

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine- (Required)

Experience

Certification(s) and License(s)

Licensed Medical Doctor - State of Pennsylvania
