Part-time Psychiatrist

Join us to provide health care services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in California’s beautiful western sierras. Shingletown is a small town located along California State Route 44 in the mountains just below Mount Lassen. We are also known as "The Gateway to Lassen". Salary: $128.50 per hour

Regular Part Time Employee: 4 - 6, 8 hours shifts per month.

Sign-On Bonus if eligible.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Part Time Psychiatrist with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to work as an essential part of our provider staff by participating in our medical/behavioral health team.  Located in rural Shasta County we are 30 minutes from Redding, CA and right at the center of summer and winter outdoor activities. 

Shingletown Medical Center has fully integrated Primary Care and Behavioral Health with dedicated support staff for our Therapists and Psychiatrist.  This adult psychiatry panel is well managed and can be seen via video visits and in-person visits.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

1. Board Certified Psychiatrist.
2. Licensed in the State of California as a MD without any limitations on license to practice in area of specialty.
3. Current DEA certificate.
