Bronson Lakeview Family Care - Pediatrics is seeking to hire a full time board certified/eligible Pediatrician to work in their outpatient pediatric practice in Paw Paw, MI. The position is full time with no weekend office visits. As a Rural Health practice with a requirement to offer extended hours of operation, we would work with the physician to create a schedule to offer appointments as early as 7:30 am or as late as 7 pm at least one day a week. Patients of the practice have access to onsite outpatient pharmacy, laboratory and radiology, specialty clinics and rehabilitation services. To support the physician, and in coordination of care with their patients, there is a multi-disciplinary team onsite including; a RN Ambulatory Care Manager, Social Worker, and a Pharmacist. Nurse Triage service is available after hours and on weekends and patient call volume after hours is very low. There is Limited call with the other providers in the practice.
Paw Paw is located 25 minutes west of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Kalamazoo is the home of Western Michigan University, and is located within a two-hour drive of both Chicago and Detroit, with the Great Lakes just an hour away. Southwestern Michigan features a four-season climate, promoting biking, skiing, and numerous other sports and recreational activities year round.
