Exeter Health Resources, an integrated health system serving Seacoast New Hampshire, is seeking a palliative care physician leader to oversee the interdisciplinary palliative care team in the hospital and grow the service line across the organization into the clinic and community.

• Provide clinical and quality oversight to a strong and passionate inpatient interdisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, registered nurse, and chaplain. 
• Expand the palliative care program across the organization into clinics and the community through collaboration with the Exeter Hospital Center for Cancer Care in collaboration with Mass General Hospital oncologists, Core Physicians (heart failure, pulmonary, primary care and other specialists), and with an energetic and developing community-based NP/RN lead palliative care program.
