The staff physician will work on a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and follow PACT principles working 8 business hours, but will not work less than 80 business hours during a two-week pay period. However, there are multiple tours available based on clinic need, including compressed tours. Additional hours will usually be needed outside of shifts to provide non face-to-face care.
